Main Chassis:- Main Chassis having minimum dimensions of( 3100 mm x 1150 mm ) made of mild steelchannel not less than 2.5\" x5\" x 2.5 \" , C shape, min. 6 mm thickness , with 4 nos leaf springhaving patta size not less than 70mmx 11 mm x 800 mm- 9 nos.patta b. Axle:- 2 nos axle made by 50 mm x 50 mm square shaped solid steel barc. Turn table:-turn table made by mild steel channel not less than 2\" x4\" x 2\", C shape,with angle ring .d. Draw bar:- Draw bar made ofmild steel channel not less than1.5\" x 3\" x 1.5\", C shape, 6 mm thickness with spring loaded towing hook of 32 mm thick solidround in shape. e. Tyre assembly:- Tyreof size 6.00x 16including Rim and Hub conforming 16 ply rating -4 nosf. Painting and finishing work :- Painting of trolleyby using 2 coat of syntheticenamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint .g. Load carrying capacity:- Trolley capacity for carrying the load should not be less than 2000 Kg):
