    Tender For Cnc Wire Electrical Discharge Machining => Limited; 1. Minimum X,Y (in-plane) travel range-250 mm x 300 mm-Travel range shall not be less than the range. Higher range desirable 2. X-Y motion-shall be CNC controlled (DRO) 3. Maximum Z height movement of table (CNC controllable) - 300 mm 4. Positioning accuracy-better than 0.02 mm 5. Dia of wire and material of wire shall not exceed 0.18 mm. Lesser than 0.18 mm desirable 6. Re-usable wire feeding mechanism 7. Dimensional cutting accuracy 0.15 mm or better 8. Surface roughness: Ra parameter should be achievable to less or equal to 1.6 micrometer 9. Cutting thickness possible 250 mm or more 10. Software: in-built CAD or transferrable CAD files 11. Coolant (electrolyte)- De-ionised water 12. Details of installations in other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTI) in the past 5 years (2019-2024).
