| 2 | Design, installation, testing and commissioning, integrate and maintain the Advanced Metering infrastructure (AMI) comprising of folowing:-(a) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Smart Meters of different makes (not more than 33 % of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at a later date as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including GPRS/RF/Hybrid (RF+GPRS)/ Any other advanced technology as per CEA/ TRAI regulations alongwith polycarbonate meter box.(i) Single phase 3541 Nos.(ii) Three phase 121 Nos(b) Supply/ Planning/ Setup/ Turining of RF Communication infrastructure inclidng Network Management (NMS) & Head End System (HES) for the project area AMI software and associated equipments should be capable of handling at least 5162 Numbers of Meters of different makes as per BIS 16444 with 25 % expansion without any additional infrastructure and cost implication to MES.(c) Supply and set up of Meter Data Management (MDM) system.Contd.. |
| 3 | (d) Integration of different devices of different makes/ equipment/ software covered in scope of this project with each other as per functional requirements, including water charges, furnitrue and license fees.(e) Integration/ Interfaces of the AMI system with application system like metering/ billing/ collection. Interface has to be provided in the proposed solution to upload and process meter data from these systems.(f) Hosting the system to Government community could server for hosting and management of supplied software application with standby server.(g) Planning, deployment & tuning of communication system incliding cellular network (if required) to meet the performance requirements.(h) Business intelligence, Analytics and Reporting.(j) Return of Dismantled materials to MES store.(k) Training and knowledge transfer.(l) All expenditure including periodoc charges of telecom operator form installation till completion. |
