    Procurement Of Turbo Molecular Pump With Rack Controller , Turbomolecular Pump With Rack Controller : , 1. Pumping Speed For Nitrogen: 550 L/S Or Better 2. Pumping Speed For Helium: 570 L/S Or Better 3. Pumping Speed For Hydrogen: 500 L/S Or Better 4. Rotation Speed: About 42000 Rpm 5. Base Pressure With Dry Backing Pump: 1 X 10^-10 Mbar Or Better 6. Inlet Flange: Cff 8 Inch 7. Outlet Flange: Kf 25 8. Bake Out Temperature: 120 Deg C At The Pumps Inlet Flange. 9. Cooling Mode: Air Cooling And Water Cooling. 10. In Case Of Air Cooling, Connecting Cable Length Should Be 5 Meters Long. 11. In Case Of Water Cooling, Hose Connectors Should Be Provided. 12. Venting Kit With Connecting Cable Length Of 5 Meters Long. 13. Splinter Shield And One Heater Band With Power Mains Of 230 Volts/50 Hz 14. Controller: Rack Mounted 15. The Connecting Cable Of Tmp Controller To The Pump Should Be 5 Meters Long 16. Display Parameters: Rpm, Power, Current, Temperature, Etc. 17. Operating Voltage: 230 Volts Ac, 50 Hz
