Tender For Preparation Of Estimate Construction Of Rcc Box For National Highway Crossing (Lhs Ch: 40+395 Km, Rhs Ch:40+425Km) By Box Pushing Technique At Ch:26+895Km And Construction Of Rcc Box For National Highway Crossing(Ch.35+705) By Box Pushing Technique At Ch:40+762 Km Coming Under Tg-Halli Ramanagara Are Invited By The Executive Engineer, Vjnl, Yettinahole Project Division No.4, Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.6mdia (0.113 cum) for foundations, excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders upto 0.6 m dia (0.113 cum) for foundations, excavation for tunnel by tunnelling methods including excavation for supports in all types of soil/rockstrata requiring supports (including cost of providing supports). Design casting and Jacking/Pushing of Precast RCC one box section with clear internal dimensions of 5.85m x 5.90m (1 no.) with suitably designed side walls, top and bottom slabs intermediate wall with controlled concrete of suitable M-35 grade below National Highway under running traffic conditions by box pushing technique in all types of soil and all types of rocks including provision of thrust bed fixing of drag sheets as per approved drawings including all Mobilization, operations, enabling work and disposal of surplus earth by any means beyond National Highway boundary with Contractors, labour, Cement, Steel (Reinforcement and Structural), other materials, tools and plant curing and machinery providing approaches for service road etc complete as per approved drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer In charge, the pushing operation shall be carried out by providing necessary temporary supports, double layer drag sheet technology at contractors own cost based on site condition as decided by engineers. *Any damages to the NH carriage way surface needs to be attended immediately as per the instructions of NHAI representatives/authorities. The work involves casting and jacking of one box of inner dimensions 5.85m (W) and 5.90m (H). THe rate shall including Design of RCC Precast Box, Thrust bed, Cost of all materials, machinery, Equipment and manpower for succesful completion of work which includes casting of required thrust bed provision cutting edges, Rear Shield, Drag Sheet, All lead, Lift Ascend, descend Clearing any obstructions etc., including loading, leading, unloading, handling, rehandling including applicable royalties excluding GST. All safety measures such as erection of diversion of service road, caution boards, barricading, other necessary arrangements as per the instructions of engineer in charge. All labours/workers including al executing staff should follow all safety measures as per standard PWD proceedings/I.S.codes Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregate sand fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (Note: The finished cost of concrete are exclusive of steel (Re-inforcement) & formwork charges).
