Replacement of old horizontal pump sets along with other allied works at Basai Darapur BPS in AC-26.- 1 S/o Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump for clear water with CI impeller, CI casing suitable for Head:55 Mtr&Discharge:-250 m3/hr,1475rpm. Make:-Kirloskar/M&P/Jyoti/Lubi/DJB Approved 2 S/o of 75 HP squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC IE2, three phase, 415 V AC supply 1475 RPM syn. Speed, 50 Hz freq. with protection class F insulation, IP 55 suitable for above pump. Make:-Kirloskar/ABB/ CG/DJB Approved 3 S/o complete tyre coupling for above pump set as per site requirement. 4 Supply & fixing of MS coupling guards suitable for above p/set includes drilling holes in MS base frame & fixing the same with the help of necessary nut bolts as required at site. 5 Dismantling of pump and motor from foundation by disconnecting electric connection,removing of coupling etc by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power etc. as required. 6 Removing the existing damaged M.S. base frame from the foundation by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power etc. as required and old material shifted to the store as per direction of site incharge. 7 Breaking of C.C.foundation with the help of pneumatic hammer i/c manual & heavy labour taking out the existing damaged foundation bolt etc. 8 Making of new C.C. foundation with suitable ratio of gravels, sand and cement as per standard size suitable for above p/set i/c MS foundation bolts as required. 9 Providing of MS base frame suitable for above pump set. 10 Fitting of M.S. base frame on C.C. foundation after proper alignment/level, fitting of p/set on the base frame with the help of necessary material as required. 11 Installation of above pump sets on the MS base frame with proper alignment, taking all safety precautions arranging all tools & tackles, civil work as per site requirement, testing & commissioning of motor p/set on No load and then on full load condition.
