Make of Pump: Kirloskar/M&P/Jyoti/Beacon. Make of Motor: Kirloskar/Jyoti/ ABB/CG 3 Making of cement concrete foundation suitable for above pump set with all material like cement concrete sand, plastering, M.S. Shuttering including MS base frame. 4 Supply of sluice valve, non-rising with S.S. spindle flanged ends of size 150 mm PN 1.0 MAKE: Kirloskar / IVC 5 Supply of C.I. NRV without bye pass swing type flanged ends of size 100 mm PN 1.0 MAKE: Kirloskar/ IVC 6 Supply of sluice valve, non-rising with S.S. spindle flanged ends of size 100 mm PN 1.0 MAKE: Kirloskar / IVC 7 Supply of MS pipe of 100mm dia. MAKE: Jindal/TATA (Medium class) 8 Supply of MS pipe of 150 mm dia & 6 mm thickness for common header line. MAKE: Jindal /TATA 9 Supply of M.S. Band heavy duty of size 100 mm. 10 Supply of M.S. Taper of size as per site requirement 11 Supply of M.S. flange 100mm dia, 16 mm thickness 12 Supply of M.S. flange 150 mm dia, 16 mm thickness 13 Supply of neoprene rubber sheet for flange joint as per site requirement. 14 Supply of good quality nut, bolts with washer of different size. 15 Supply of PVC insulated copper conductor 25 sq.mm three core cable for above pump set to connect motor to panel. Make: Kalinga/Havells/ Gloster/Grandlay 16 Complete checking of LT panel wiring, minor accessories replacement i.e. panel door lock, gas cut ,rubber bidding,setting of doors, cover any open door hole for protection etc. complete in all respect, replacement of damage thimble, contacts & wires etc. as per site requirement. 17 Supply of rubber checkered sheet/mat of required size. MAKE: Jyoti/ National 18 100 mm size pressure gauge with all accessories. Make:- FIEBEG/HGL 19 Painting of all E & M equipment such as pump set, charging pump set, valves, pipe, foundation, base frame etc. 20 Installation of pump set with all E&M equipments including loading, unloading, fixing the pump set on the CC Foundation, all piping work, fixing of valves and accessories, executing minor civil work, making electrical connection, packing, nut bolt etc. by the electric welding set, gas cutter with the help of manual labor as per site requirement.
