    Tender Details

    Provision for restoration, maintenance and upkeep of electro-mechanical equipments and other machinery for Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5 HP diesel dewatering pump and allied device/itemsto Water Tanker machinery bearing nos. 5231 & 5076 of Mechanical Sub-Division, Water Works Division, Srinagar . (under SMC Capex) (Rs. 1.40 lacs)- 1 Supply, installation, testing & comm. of compact portable de-watering pumping unit mounted to WT coupled with allied items and fittings including coupling, socket, gasket, nipple, clips, etc. The broad specifications of the pumping unit shall be: Power : 5HP Mode :Diesel driven C/MB. Type: Self starting cum recoil, Air cooled engine, Self priming.Structure: Portable open structure MOC: As per the standard specs.Sealing: Gl.packing/Mech seal.Shaft: CS/SSD. Casing: CI Impeller: CI/SS/BrTotal dynamic head : ≥ 20 meters Number of stages :Single Speed : 3500 rpm ±100rpmPump size : 80-50/50-80 mm Discharge:400-900 lpmThe pumping unit shall be of standard quality conforming to BIS (RICO(Ity.)/Kirloskar/Greaves or eqv.). The job includes drilling, cutting, bolting, welding and other allied works required for the installation of pumping unit with the base frame of WT machinery incl. waterproof cover to pumping unit. The pumping unit shall be provided with water resistant cover of standard quality. The Pumping unit shall have all the relevant test/DB certificates, drawings and performance characteristics with necessary manual/brochure. The pumping unit shall have a min. of 1 year warranty period from the date of successful commissioning. All the tools and tackles required for completion of job in a safe manner is to be provided by the firm.
