Tender For Camc For Data Transmisson Of Analysers 1 2000162398 10 10 10 CAMC OF ONLINE ANALYZERS (CEMS &CAAQMS) 12 NO Email : SUBHASHREE.MOHAPATRA@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Subhashree Mohapatra Item Details : Scope of Work: Compressive Annual Data connectivity and transmission of online monitoring analyzers to SPCB and CPCB through RTDAS server (Total- 16 Stations) List of Analysers and data logger quantity (Total- 16 Stations): § CEMS- 04 Nos (Data logger) § CAAQMS- 07 Nos § CEQMS- 01 No § WMS- 01 No § IP Camera- 03 Nos Movement of Manpower: • No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. • Vendor must ensure availability of vehicle to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. PPE, Tools <(>&<)> facilities by vendor: • Vendor shall provide Engineer with Laptop. • Vendor shall provide all PPEs to their employees as per AMNS requirement. • Vendor shall arrange all testing equipment tools; tackles required for carrying out the job in advance. • Vendor will give one arc flash suit to their engineer. • Vendor will carry portable Co detector on site. General scope: • Vendor has to ensure connectivity from Each Local DAS to CPCB and SPCB server 24/7*365 days. • If required any spare, will be provided by Vendor for connectivity related like Black box, TGW, ADAM, Moxa Card, N Port switch, D link and any other device related to connectivity. • AMNS will provide required space for vendor <(>&<)> testing equipment storage facility. • Vendor apart from maintenance will do troubleshooting for Analyzer’s connectivity <(>&<)> control problems. • The work shall be carried out in the best workmanship manner as per technical specification. Qualified and experienced engineers/ technicians shall carry out the work under this contract. • Vendor employee will directly communicate with AMNS employees, and all the contract responsibility lies with vendor only. • Vendor will suggest improvements if any. • Vendor will follow all the government rules and regulations and plant HSE regulation. • Vendor has responsibility of Data Transfer to CPCB and SPCB Server and Vendor must confirm 95% data availability of every analyzer. • Vendor must confirm the maintenance and remote calibration as per CPCB guideline and submit the maintenance <(>&<)> calibration records to AMNS immediately. • If required any software upgradation and software reinstall in other devices, then vendor will do free of cost in the contract time period. • Regarding any type of connectivity and remote calibration related lesioning with SPCB and CPCB in vendor scope. • Vendor will provide facility of SMS and Email alerts for Exceedance and site connectivity down. • One Training to be given to Plant Engineers for ensuring connectivity / software by Vendor. • As per display software vendor requirements, vendor will provide all data in .STA, CSV or HTML format. • Vendor will update all data on main gates display board (CEMS, EQMS and CAAQMS live data) along with few templates for show (Chemicals Page 2 of 2 ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited AM/NS Pellet Plant Paradeep Village- Udayabatta, Paradeep,Tahasil- Kujang Dist:Jagatsinghpur,754142,Odisha,India GSTIN 21AAACE1741P1ZT PAN AAACE1741P CIN U27100GJ1976FLC013787 Request for Quotation Number 6000126538 Date 31.12.2024 Submission Date 08.01.2025 Coll Req No AMNS deals with OEMs directly. Penalty Clause: • In case of any Fatality during maintenance - Penalty should be Rs.10 ,00,000 will be deducted from vendor basic amount. • In case of any LTI (Lost time Injury) during execution - Penalty should be Rs.5,00,000 will be deduced from vendor basic amount. • If Vendor discontinues the job midway - Penalty should be 20% from vendor basic amount. • Vendor will provide down spares within 7 days otherwise it considers as penalty, 5% amount will be deduct from vendor invoice amount. • Vendor has responsibility of Data Transfer to CPCB or SPCB Server, and Vendor must confirm 95% data availability of every analyzer if they can’t maintain 95% data availability than 5% amount will be deduct from vendor invoice amount.
