Providing And Fitment Of Various Items For Water Supply Systems Of M And Hed Kashmir- 1 Providing and replacement of damaged water pump assembly for 0.5-1HP, Single Phase, motor. The job includes dismantling of existing frost damaged water pump from the water lifting motor and pump assembly and replacement of the same with a new water pump of same specifications. The unit needs to be refitted at its original place and tested for proper running after reinstallation. 2 Providing and fitment of GI C-Class, GI Pipe fittings, The job includes providing and replacement of damaged fittings of following specifications: 3 i) 0.5” ND GI Union. 4 ii) 0.75” ND GI Union 5 iii) 0.5” GI Elbow 6 iv) 0.75” GI Elbow 7 v) 0.5” GI TEE joint 8 vi) 0.75” GI TEE joint 9 vii) 0.5” GI Nipple 6” long 10 viii) 0.75” GI Nipple 6” long 11 ix) 0.75” to 0.5” GI Reducer. 12 Providing and fitment of 10MM thick (0.5” and 0.75” NB) Thermocol cover/foam of various dia. The job also includes providing and fixing of tie rope/Metal wire etc for fitment of the insulating cover. 13 Providing and fitment of B-Class GI Pipes of following ND: The job includes removal of old damaged GI pipe, providing of new pipe and fitment of the same after proper tapping etc. The joins has to be made leak proof by using Teflon tape. 14 i) 0.5” NB 15 ii) 0.75” NB 16 Rewinding of burnt out Single Phase, 1440 RPM, 0.5-0.75 HP, Motor. The job includes removal/dismantling of the existing damaged motor, replacement of the copper coil of the same and refittment after rewinding. The same needs to be tested for proper functioning after refittment. Charges on account of providing and replacement of bushes, seals, bearings, cooling fan, varnishing etc shall be a part of the job and shall not be paid extra. The rate also includes the rebate on account of old scrap copper removed from the Motor. 17 Providing and fitment of CP Bib-Cock Tap. The job includes removal of old damaged Bib Cock and replacement of same with a new CP Bib cock of high quality. 18 Providing and fitment of Float Valve 15mm. The job includes P&F of 15mm float valve for Flush tank, water tank etc. 19 P&F of 15-20mm Ball valve/Gate valve. The job includes removal of the damaged/leaking ball valve/gate valve and replacement of the same with a new, high quality, valve. The same needs to be tested for any kind of leakages and proper functioning. Cost on account of Tapping, Teflon tape, etc shall be included in the job.
