All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR .25 mm 2 Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of Air Cooled Cassette type Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU), R-32/R410A Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote, inbuilt drain pump, suitable for 400/230V, +/- 10% 50 Hz ,1 /3 phase AC supply, apable of performing cooling, dehumidification, Air circulation, filteration & ventilation of following capacity with Scroll /rotary/twin rotary compressor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR .3.8 / 4.0 TR 3 Dismantling of split air conditioner of any capacity/any type including existing indoor unit & outdoor unit , refrigerant piping , connecting cables , drain pipe etc. including shifting of dismentaled material to store complete as required 4 Replacement of defective compressor by company repaired compressor as per OEM recommendations of following gadgets including testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.1.5 TR A.C. 5 2.0 TR A.C. 6 Supplying and charging of fresh refrigerant and testing of performance of air conditioner/ fridge/ water cooler of following capacity including capillary and strainer/ filter.1.5 TR Window/ Split A.C. 7 2.0 TR Window/ Split A.C. 8 Supplying and installation of high-pressure grade required size OEM make copper connection Y or T Joints / refnet for liquid and suction line complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, painting etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV / VRF air conditioning system. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . 9 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Group controller for monitoring the status and working condition of all indoor and outdoor units, The controller shall act as an advanced air conditioning management system to given complete control of VRV/VRF air conditioning equipment with Starting/stopping of air-conditioning as a zone or group of individual units. Temperature setting for each Indoor units of zone, Switching between temperature control modes, switching of the fan speed and direction of airflow, enabling/disabling of individual remote controller operation, Alarm code display in case of any problem. It shall be able to control up to 64 (max. 512 if required) number of Indoor units. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge.
