Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sq. m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 meters and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range 90 mm to 45 mm (excluding carriages).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with: (for fixing of Gauge post).

P/F Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
