Annual maintenance, repairing and replacement of Compurter system asscessoriesi.e. CPU, Monitor, Mouse, Key board, UPS and all related total hardware problems installed at billing centers.

Note-1-This contract will be valid for only twelve months.2-During executioon of work all risk will be of contractor.3-Contractor will provide all T & P and men power for completion of work.4-In case of any part of printer is damaged it should be changed by the tenderor along with repairing & refilling, for which no payment will be allowed.5-The contractor on call for any fault/refilling to rectifie immediately within a hour and contractor will be responsible for maintenance of all printers timely.6-This agreement may be terminated at any time without giving any reasons.7-The quantity may be vary ±10%.8-GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.9-The work shall be carried out under O & M Budget.
