| 2 | M&L for preparing old painted surface of LT Panel board of any size by thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove dirt, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes, using wire brush or sand papers, damp cloth or as directed. Priming the surface with anti corrosive primers using suitable sprayers. Applying automotive paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. |
| 3 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LTfeeder pillar, outdoor type floor mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron base frame work,powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside,both side openingtype, with aprons for cable entry,with double door and locking arrangement and including earth work. The panel consisting of the following:- (a)Aluminumbus barfour strips300 Amps, 415 volts, fixed horizontally, duly insulatedwithheat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 01 Set.(b)MCCB,04 Pole, 160 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity 36 KA at 415 volts, withfixedthermal & magnetic settings- 02 No(Incoming) (c)MCCB,04 Pole, 63 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity 16 KA at 415 volts with fixed thermal and magnatic settings - 01 Nos(d) Digital Voltmeter 0-500V with coil and selector switch - 1 No.(e)Digital ammeter 0-500A with CT coil & selector switch- 01 No(g) Indication lamps R,Y,BLEDtype with 3 Nos– 1 set(j)Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable duly crimped with copper lugs & ferruled and aluminumstrips for MCCB\"s.(k) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone. |
| 4 | M & L for earthingcomplete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common saltupto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mmby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthingmade out ofgun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note :On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. |

| 6 | Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armored heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5 core 70 to 150 sqmm complete all as directed. |
| 7 | Excavationin trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specified.Note:(i)Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion.(ii)Serviceable bricks obtained during excavation shall be stackedseparately carefully without any extra cost for reuse. |
| 8 | Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/ duct/poles/roof/pipe etc. and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required. |
| 9 | Supply and laying, connecting XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 16 Sqmm 2 core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc. complete all as directedNote:Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. |

| 13 | Labour for re-laying the serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade of any size obtained from item No 2 above in trenches/fixed to poles/ wall, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.Note: Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable coverwill be measured and paid separately if required. |
| 14 | M & L for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed |
| 15 | M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed . |
| 16 | Relaying old retrieved serviceable sub class \"B\" bricks all as directed |
| 17 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed. |

| 24 | Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 mtr on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 mtr away each span not exceeding 70 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (The above is to be ensured for the entire contract period by cutting/trimming of trees any number of times as required). |
| 25 | Restretching/ tightening of ACSR conductor of any type and size by disconnectingfrom insulators from any location complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Proper shut down has to be taken from MES. (ii)T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items,or any other equipment for repair tightening of ACSR conductor shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective items. |
