Store Center Unnao to diff. work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking distance as per indent. 2 ST/PCC Pole of diff. size 3 Other loose line materials with including conductor, Single and double Pole accessories, complete stay & earthing, insulator, x-arm, etc. 4 ACSR Weasel/Rabbit Conductor 5 Three Phase/Single Phase A.B. Cable of diff. size for LT Line 6 33/11 KV XLPE Cable of diff. size 7 33/11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubical with CT/PT Unit of diff. size 8 I/D & O/D & S/Th Cable Jointing kit according to XLPE Cable 9 Carriage of following T/Ffrom Elec. Store Center Unnao to diff. work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking distance as per indent. 10 T/F 25 KVA / 63 KVA / 100 KVA 11 Fabrication/Modification of MS Items/Nuts & Bolts as requirement of site condition 12 Erection of PCC/ST double pole (11 KV) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site. 13 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 14 Clamp for Top and Dropper channel with N&B 15 Erection of PCC/ST Single Pole (33/11 KV) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site. 16 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 17 33/11 KV F-Clamp with N&B 18 Cross Arm Holding Clamps 19 Erection of PCC/ST Pole (LT Line) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site. 20 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 21 Suspension Clamp for ABC 22 Dead End Clamp for ABC 23 L.T. Clamp with Nuts & Bolts 24 Eye Hook 25 Piercing Connector 26 Making T-off arrangement including fabrication & fitting of accessories. 27 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 28 Holding clamp for T-off Channel with N&B 29 Supply & Fixing of 3-Phase Fuse Unit system for T/F Protection at Double Pole 30 Grouting of PCC/ST Pole as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 31 Earthing as per RESPO Norms. 32 Digging of pits, fixing nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 33 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 34 Stay Clamp with N&B 35 Laying stringing and sagging of O/H 33/11 KV Line Three Phase by Conductor including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 36 Laying stringing and sagging of O/H Three Phase L.T. Line by ABC of diff. size including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 37 Fixing of 3-Ph. Distribution Box with clamp, N&B with complete all work as required. (All the required materials as DB Box Clamps, Piercing Connectors, Nut & bolts etc for this job shall be provided by the contractor except Distribution Box) 38 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 39 Clamp for Distribution Box with nut & bolt 40 Piercing Connector 41 Mounting of following Transformer on double pole including its cartage and dragging from dump site to pit site & installation and commissioning of T/Fs and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. (All the required materials as 04 nos.-Al. Lugs for each T/F, Nut & bolts for S/S Angle etc for this job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs) 42 T/F 25 KVA / 63 KVA / 100 KVA 43 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of diff. size with sand and bricks as per RESPO Norms. 44 Fixing of cable jointing kit of diff. size 45 Installation and commissioning of new metering cubical and CT/PT Unit of diff. size with proper commssioning as per RESPO Norms 46 33/11 KV Cable Hosting including jumpering etc. complete work with help of G.I. Pipe as per RESPO Norms (G.I. Pipe and other required material shall be provided by the contractor) 47 Cutting of Tree Branches lying in the route of making new 11 KV/ LT Line 48 Safe Carriage of 25 KVA / 63 KVA / 100 KVA T/F from work dump site to Electricity store center Unnao with loading, unloading and proper stocking. 49 NOTE:- 1. All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. 2. One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work. 3. During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor. 4. Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power. 5. All the old and used material should be taken on book. 6. The quantity may be vary ±20%.
