Pipes (External work) with G.I. fittings (IS:1239:---- 80mm dia nominal bore. 11 65mm dia nominal bore. 12 Guniting damaged R.C.C. slab, beams and columns for strengthebning with cement sand mortar 1:2 (1- Cement:2-sand) including preparing the surface, making V shaped joints, cleaning the reinforcement bars with jet of potable water and drying with compressed air, including cost of centering and shuttering and finishing to match the existing surface etc. complete, includingprovided M.S. welded mesh to gauge 25 mm x 25 mm framing with average thickness of 25 mm. 13 Chopping loose and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand blasting, clening with a jet of water / air as necessary and getting it dried with compressed air including all scaffolding: Depth upto 25 mm. 14 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 3 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concretesurface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxytreated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days
