Undertake measurement/ clearances, renew as required. 3 (b)Gear box inspection and tightening of bearing housing if required. 4 (c) Renewal of coupling bolts along with elastic rubber rings. Qty – 12 nos. 5 (d)Repair/ renewal of sentinel valve followed by setting and hot trials. 6 (e)Overhauling/ renewal of bypass valve followed by hot trials. 7 (f)Alignment checks of turbine rotor with reduction gear assembly. 8 (g) Overhauling of regulating block assembly along with speed regulator at firm premises followed by tuning during hot trials. 9 (h) Overhauling/ renewal of hand trip mechanism and hand pump lever. 10 (i) Rethreading of lub oil sump casing adaptor along with replacement of lub oil sump filing cap and drain plug. 11 (j) Overhauling of TDFL QCV view not holding. 12 TDFL (Turbo Driven Forced Lubrication) 2 - SERVICE COST 13 a) LUB oil emulsification observed during operation. Inspection of turbine labyrinth is required Followed by replacement as required.NOTE: - Job entails disassembling of turbo drive into assemblies and parts. Undertake cleaning, oil washing, visual inspection, measurement of parts and grinding of split surfaces. Dismantling of the screw pump followed by visual inspection of internal surfaces of case. Check turbine rotors, reduction gear and pump for runout. 14 (b) Renewal of coupling bolts along with elastic rubber rings.
