    Tender For Renewal of Semari Raebareli Parshadepur Bara Nanauti Road (103C) Km-1 to 6 & 27, 28 - Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface.(Excluding GST,Bitumen and Machinery) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Excluding GST,Bitumen and Machinery) 3 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. (Excluding GST,Bitumen and Machinery) 4 Construction of embankment with approved material obtainedall lifts upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5.(Excluding GST)
