Name of Work: Fault attending, Repairing and maintenance of Submersible/centrifugal Pump sets installed at different TE/SQ/Admn Bldgs under Cuttack BA for theFY 2024-25.(Sub Head:- repairing of 1 no 3 HP Centrifugal pump motor set at TE Paradeep).

Dismantling the existing faulty 3 HP Centrifugal Pump motor set, by arranging grinder machinefor cutting of base nut bolts, checking and fault finding, preparation of bill of materials/defect listetc. complete as required.

Transportation of the faulty pump set from site to nearest authorized service centre/work shop and bring back to site after repairing i/c loading and unloading etc. as required.

Servicing ofthe 3HP, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz centrifugal pump set i/c cleaning of mud depositions, servicingand re-assembling after rewinding and reapring/replacement of existing defective/worn out parts/components etc. as required.

Rewinding of the 3 HP/ 2.2 KW, 3 phase 415 volts, 8.4 Amps, 50 Hz centrifugal pump motor (Make :Kirloskar) with bright annealed high conducting electrolytic copper PVC copper wire of suitable size and quantity etc. complete as required. (The dismantled materials may be retained by the Contractor)

Replacement of the following defective parts /components of 3/4/5 HP submersible pump set by new ones of approved make etc. as required.

Re-installation of the repaired 3HP centrifugal pump set on the existing foundation reconnection of suction and delivery pipe, electrical power supply cable, testing and trial run etc. complete as required.

Providing a hired pump as astop gap arrangement during repairing of the above pump motor set etc complete as required.
