Tender For Various works related to installation of 11 kV RMU as per e-tender specification on semi turn key basis under Business Plan 2024-25 (Part-2) item - Jare camage or following materials from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESPO Earthing Road Complete 3X185 Sq.mm. 11KV XLPE Cable 11KV Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 IID 11KV Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 0/0 Supply and installation of RMUs as per technical specification of RMU:- 11 KV RMU 3 WAY (upto 3000 KVA) Clamp for pole Dropper Channal with clamp Erection, Grouting, Plinthing & Painting of 11KV RMU including of all material, labour, carrier and T & P etc., required for proper completion of work own his cost of contractor as per technical specification of RMU. PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE RMUs (With including supply of all material, labour, carrier and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per technical specification of Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i. e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly onductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.l. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 FABRICATION & ERECTION OF FENCING AND CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AROUND OF RMU including supply of all material, labour, carrier and T&P etc., required for proper completion of work as per technical specification of RMU.
