Tender For Repair Work Of Culvert Located At Km 2 Of Nevada Road In Ballia District - Constn. OfPatri with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leas, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 1000m. As per Technical specification clause 301.5(By carted earth) 2 G.S.B.(Granular sub base) for filling in rain cut trenches as per drawing and technical specification 3 Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger si 4 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulder weighing not less than 40kg. Each complete as per drawing and technical specification. 5 Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 6 Plain cement concrete M25 mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 7 Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar complete in all respect.As per MORT&H 13.2-1300 &2200 8 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 9 Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings. 10 Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labourand T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. 11 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 1.5mm. Thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm. X 75mmx6mm. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm. below ground level as per approved drawing. 12 Providing and fixing of Hazard marker sign board retro-reflectorised as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 1.5mm. Thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm. X 75mmx6mm. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm. below ground level as per approved drawing.
