This also includeInitial programming of all operating parameters in the AMF controller, dismantling the existing EA control panel along with the existing incoming and out going cables and relaying the cables to the newAMF panel, making termination, as per site conditions andasper Specifications attached .The AMF control panel shall be compatible for three phase EB supply andsuitable for existing3 phase EA sets. |

| 6 | Important note : i)The agency has to offer inspection at the factory for one AMF panel for each KVA rating for prototype approval. ii) The prototype approval shall be provided within one month of placing the order by BSNLiii) The agency is responsible for making all necessary arrangements for material verification and functional testing during the inspection at the factory. iv) The necessary conveyance for the department official to the factory will be borne by BSNL. v) No additional payment shall be made for this item beyond the agreed contract price.vi) Delivery shall commence only after rectifying any shortfalls identified during the inspection. vii) Approval from the Engineer-in-Charge must be obtained before delivery to the site. |
