Tender For Replacement Of Old Air Conditioner With New Split Type Air Conditioner In The Forest Rest House, Chidiyatapu.
SITC of 1.5 ton 5 Star as per latest rating of BEE High Wall Mounted Inverter Split type Air Conditioner unit complete with indoor unit (IDU), outdoor unit (ODU) single phase 230V ±10%with R32/R410A refrigerant copper condenser coil and Rotary compressor i/c providing required length of refrigerant copper pipe of stdsize as per recommendation of manufacturer of An Conditioner with insulation cordless remote control, cutting and drilling holes on the wall with smooth finish etc. as required Similar to make Hitachi Model No.1.5TR CLASS HITACHI YOSHI 5400FXL FROST WASH INVERTER-R32- RAS G518PCAISE -5 STAR or its equivalent as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Pre-Fabricated Stand for keeping Outdoor units of 1.5 Ton / 2 Ton Capacity Split type AC as required.

Dismantling of indoor unit, outdoor unit out door stand and the Voltage Stabilizer of existing defective / serviceable window / Split AC by properly pumping down the refrigerant of Split Type AC\"s and shitting to the store room / suitable lace as directed by the Guest House incharge as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC Insulated cooper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.a) 2 X 4 sq mm + 1x 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 20 A. 240 V. SPN industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 A C curve. SP. MCB. in sheet steel enclosure on surface or in recess with chaired metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning ets, as required.
