It Is 125 Mm In Diameter And Has An Inner Surface Coated With Optical Ptfe To Enable Efficient Scattering Of Light In The Uv-Vis-Nir Wavelength Range (250 Nm - 2,500 Nm). With Qypro, Measurements Of Absolute Fluorescence Quantum Yields, As Well As Reflectance Measurements, Are Possible On Solutions, Film And Powder Samples. Indirect Excitation Configuration Is Available For Powder And Film Samples. The Sphere Features A Motorized Sample Loading Mechanism Which Allows Easy Sample Exchange From The Top Of The Fls1000 And Reduces The Chance Of Contamination As The User Does Not Need To Reach Into The Sphere.
