Selection of Agency for designing, branding, fabrication of the Stall & allied activities of West Bengal Tourism at Bharat Parv event at the premise of Lawns and Gyan path, Delhi during the period from26.01.2025 to 31.01.2025- 1 Construction / Installation of Pavilion of 36 sq. mtr. 2 Preparation of platform (6) 3 Carpeting and Colouring of the entire pavilion 4 Fixing of Plywood for outside walls, inside walls and ceiling 5 Preparation of Store Room to keep the publicity materials 6 Designing and Concept Creation for the Exterior 7 Designing, Printing, and Fixing of flexes for outside walls (Front lit Panels) Flexes to be prepared for fixing on the panels should be properly framed to enhance the quality and clarity of the pictures 8 Backlit Logo of West Bengal Tourism in Facia (Glow Sign – 3D) 9 Backlit Logo of Biswa Bangla in Fascia (Glow Sign – 3D) 10 Designing and Concept Creation for the Interior 11 Designing of Graphics & AV for projection including activation and logistics 12 Execution of the Graphics & AV projection of the entire pavilion area (inside) through LED Screen (55” LEDs will be suitable for the entire work) 13 Scope of creating display area for the merchandise 14 Designing, Printing, and fixing of flexes for inside walls (Backlit Panels) Flexes to be prepared for fixing on the panels should be properly framed to enhance the quality and clarity of the pictures 15 Designing, Printing, supply of flex for glow shine ceiling. (Glow Sign – 3D) 22 Bookshelf to display publicity materials 23 Wooden rack for Souvenir Items 24 Three-Seater Sofa 25 Centre Table 26 Glass Round Table 27 Banquet Chairs 28 Glass Bowl and Visitors Book 29 Plant with pots / handicrafts may be used for beautification of the entire pavilion 30 LED TV (55”) 31 Laptop for Booking Purpose 32 Printer 33 High Speed Internet Connectivity 34 Stationery Items (A4 Paper, Stapler, Pen etc.) 35 Flower Bouquet as and when required (Maximum: 10 Nos) 36 Transportation for Officials and Publicity Materials 37 AC Vehicle for Tourism Officials for the entire Period in and around New Delhi @ 3 cars per day (Rate must be quoted on daily basis for 3 Cars) 38 AC Vehicle for Tourism Officials for pick up and drop off from official’s residence. 39 Publicity Material transportation charges along with Souvenir products (Fragile Items) from – RTO, Kolkata to the stall of West Bengal Tourism at the venue 40 Storage, Material disposal charges, insurance, security charges for the stall/ material, cleaning charges, dismantling charges of the stall 41 Working Lunch and Refreshments during the entire period 42 Provision for tea/coffee and cookies to the guests and officials during the event for 30 heads per day 43 Provision of working Lunch for the officials (10 Nos) at venue per day 44 Provision of evening Snacks for the officials (10 Nos) at venue per day 45 Provision for mineral drinking water (250 ml) 48 Nos. per day 46 Requirement of Manpower 47 Depute Two Female Hostess to distribute Publicity Brochure for the entire period 48 Depute One Technical to operate the Virtual Reality System for the entire period 49 Depute One Security personnel for safety and security purpose for the entire period 50 Depute One Attendant for supplying Tea/Coffee, Cleaning, and Carrying Materials etc. for the entire period 51 Depute One Supervisor for the entire work 52 Documentation 53 Documentation (Good Quality Photographs and 4K Videography) of the entire work in a 1 TB Hard Drive 54 Govt.
