R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 in R.C.C. T. beam and slab and R.C.C. column excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.,and also including supply of all material required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 283.

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the workAs per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 305.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) ie apex, ultima, weather coat all guard) asian, berger etc. complete as per DSR No. 13.47.1 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door frames, records racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form, including drilling holes, riveting or weling where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastages etc. and their fixing required for completion of the work As perUPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 503 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting or varnising on iron work in small areas on new iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S.I. No. 103-1950 as per UPPWD SOR 2022 SI. No. 641 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
