    Repairing of kirloskar make induction motors different capacity of various BPS in Malviya Nagar Constituency AC-44-- 1 40 HP motor at NitiBagh BPSStator : cutting the old burnt winding, rewinding the same with “F” class insulation. Replacement of 6 Nos fiber glass leads. Varnishing the same with Dr.Beck varnish and baking t6he same. 2 Repairing of bearing housing both side, fixing MS sleeve , turning polishing the same as per bearing outer dia. 3 Repairing of rotor shaft both side, welding turning the same as per bearing inner dia. 4 P/fixing of both side bearing make SKF/FAG/DJB approved make 6312 5 Assembling the complete motor with both side cartage 6 60 HP at Khel Gaon & Hauz Khas BPS.Stator : cutting the old burnt winding, rewinding the same with “F” class insulation. Replacement of 6 Nos fiber glass leads. Varnishing the same with Dr.Beck varnish and baking the same. 7 Repairing of bearing housing both side, fixing MS sleeve , turning polishing the same as per bearing outer dia. 8 Repairing of rotor shaft both side, remettaling the shaft turning and polishing the same as per bearing inner dia. 9 Replacement of both side bearing make SKF/FAG/DJB Approved make 6313 C3 10 Assembling the complete motor.
