Meter digital size 96x96sqmm 8 Volt Meter digital 0-500V size 96x96sqmm 9 MCB 3pole 32Amp. 10 MCCB 200Amp. TP 36kawith spreader terminal & Handle 11 MCCB 160Amp. TP 36ka with spreader terminal & Handle 12 MCCB 100Amp. TP 36ka with spreader terminal & Handle 13 Control Transformer 415V 500VA in copper winding 14 Power contactor 220V 110Amp. 3 poles 15 Power contactor 220V 95Amp. 3 poles 16 Power contactor 220V 70Amp. 3 poles 17 Power contactor 220V 50Amp. 3 poles 18 Over load relay 66-110Amp. 19 Over load relay 45-75Amp. 20 Motor Protection relay with over load /under voltage/short circuit/earth fault protection 21 Cleaning of complete bus bar of panel insulation on bus bar by PVC sleeve or tape 22 Replacement of tube light in panel & control MCB & making complete wiring 23 Fixing of all above components in place of defective removed components as required complete with control wiring, fixing of amp. Meter, indicating lights etc. complete with all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling, 24 Complete checking of LT panel wiring, minor accessories replacement i.e. panel door lock, gas cut, rubber bidding, setting of doors, cover any open door, hole for protection etc. 25 Enamel paint on complete LT panel 2 coating 26 Testing & Commissioning of the panel as follow:-Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.- All functional tests- Testing of the panel at site ON LOAD with engineer in charge as per relevant IS
