Hire Charges for diesel driven van/jeep for the 12.00 Hrs usage between 8.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs in a day including driver salary, bata etc but excluding diesel cost

Retention charges per hour for a period exceeding 12.00 hrs in a day ie., beyond 8.00 PM but upto maximum duration of 4 hours. This hourly retention charges is applicable only when the vehicle returns head quarters and will not be applicable during night halts outside head quarters.

Retention charges for night halt ie., between 8.00 PM to 8.00 AM next morning
