6) Renovation And Beautification Of Children Park At Ward No.05 - Dismantling R.C.floor, roof,beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. 2 (a) In ground floor including roof. 3 Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant codes. 4 (ii) River bazree. 5 (a) M.S. orW.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S., W.I. flats and bars for windows ,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(Add extra @1% for each addl. floor up to 4th floor and @1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor). 6 (i) Grill weighing above 10 kg./sq.m.and up to 16kg/sq.m. 7 Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor). 8 (f) 25mm. To 30mm. Shuttering with out staging in foundation etc. 9 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc.initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. 10 (a) For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4m. Tor steel/Mild steel. 11 SAIL/ TATA/RINL 12 Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. 13 (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar . 14 (b) 15 mm. thick plaster. 15 (b) Priming one coat on timber or plasteredsurface with syntheticenamel oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 16 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sandparpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary. 17 (a) On timber or plastered surface:. 18 (1) With super gloss (hi-gloss). 19 (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white). 20 M.S. gate of jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round/square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge). Gussets. Cleats etc. including necessary riveting . Bolting. Welding,locking and hanging arrangements fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.In ground floor.. 21 (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 22 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sandparpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary. 23 (b) On steel or other metal surface: . 24 (1) With super gloss (hi-gloss). 25 (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white). 26 Labour for fitting wove wire or similar fencing net tightening and fixing the same to post with staples at every bar (including the cost of cutting and lapping joints in the net. The cost of staples, binding wire etc. and of labour for fixing such staples as necessary). (Payment to be made on the length of net in finished work.). 27 (a) Net upto 1350 mm. height. 28 Banch/Chair made of pre-cast Concrete with concrete planks. L=4.5 29 (a) Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge/ 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of glvanised staples, straining bolt and binding wire where necessary.(Payment to be made on the lenght of individual lines of wire.). 30 Supplying and fixing grasses tiles of grass Maxican Carpet/Selection No. 1 Healthy & fresh grasses (size 1x1 or bigger) including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from wees and fit for mowing including supplying good earth as required by Engineer-in-charge.
