One-Time Variable Cost Per carton. This includes cost of:i. Packaging(including cost of cartons): The packaging shall be in cartons of approximately 1.5 cu. ft. volume (Minor Variations permitted)ii. On-site Barcoding and Indexing per carton (Not at file level)iii. Handling Costs per cartoniv. Pick-up from site per carton 3 B. One-Time Variable Cost Per trunk (Metal trunks provided by TMC measuring approximately 6.38cu.ft.) This includes cost of:i. On-site Barcoding and Indexing per trunkii. Handling Costs per trunkiii. Pick-up from site per trunk 4 C. One-Time Fixed Cost. This includes cost of:i. Setting-up dedicated storage space of 22,500 usable cubic feet to TMC with separate access door and partition 5 D. Monthly StorageCost per carton:(Each carton of approximately 1.5 cu.ft.volume each). This includes cost of:i. Monthly Storage Cost per carton 6 E. Monthly Storage Cost per trunk:(Each Metal trunk measuring approximately 6.38 cu.ft. each). This includes cost of:i. Monthly Storage Cost per trunk 7 Please note that the following costs will not be used for calculating L1 8 F. Use-based Costs: 9 i. Retrieval including Delivery at TMH (within 24 hours) per carton 10 ii. Retrieval including Delivery at TMH (within 24 hours) per trunk 11 iii. Retrieval including Delivery at TMH (within 6 hours) per carton 12 iv. Retrieval including Delivery at TMH (within 6 hours) per trunk 13 v.
