Cast iron double flanged Non- Rising 150 mm dia Spindle Sluice Valve generally confirming to IS 14846 having body door /dome/Bonnet and cover of cast Iron Gr FG 260, Spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm. All the valves should be tested by closed end method only. PN 1.0 ratings.

Construction of 150 mm dia sluice valve/ Air valve/ washout chember in different sizes as per departmental approved drawing with 25 mm thick brick work (1:6) over cement concrete (4:2:1) over a single B/F soling over 150 mm thick sand filling in foundation including earth work in excavation and disposal of excess earth from the work site with RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab 100 mm thick slab on top of the chember with 1% reinforcement in RCC cover slab with necessary opening for operation of valve all complete including cost of labour & materials as per dept drawing.
