Taking down ceiling fans, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as directed and specified.

S & F modular fan regulator, 120 watts, ISI marked, 2 module step type complete all as directed and specified.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke(FRLS), PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC casing and caping and its fittings ISI marked, with metal flush boxes suitable for modular/normal switch/sockets etc with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, incl covered with suitable module cover plate with frame including flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal are) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified for one fan point controlled by one switch one way and one fan regulator complete all as directed and specified.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 1440.00
