Cutting the old rotor burnt winding strips P/Fixing of new “F” class insulation, rewinding of rotor winding with new electrolyte copper strips with fiber glass tape, making the connection, P/Fixing new copper sockets both sides, brazing the sockets with silver rod, Pocketing the sockets with F class insulation, Replacement of 3 Nos. Fiber glass Teflon copper flexible leads, Binding the rotor winding both sides with HT steel wire & F class insulation, varnishing the rotor winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same.

Dynamic balancing of rotor

Repairing of rotor shaft both side, remettaling the shaft turning and polishing the same as per bearing inner dia.

Repairing of bearing ends shields both sides.

Providing/ fixing of both sides bearing NU-322 C 3,6322. Make:- FAG/SKF/DJB Approved make

Assembling the complete motor with both sides cartage.
