| 1 | Charpoy GI Pipe (FD 220):- Removing of unserviceable long rails from Charpoy GI Pipe and S & F new long rail made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Removing of unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI pipe & making short rails obtained from execution of item No 1.00 and fixing the same in charpoy including cutting threads on both ends, complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Removing of unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe & making legs from short rails obtained from execution of item No 1.01 and fixing the same in charpoy including cutting , threading on one end and S&F clamps as per drawing for FMN set, complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 4 | Removing old unserviceable 3 way GI elbow and S&F new three way elbow of 32 mm dia, ISI marked med grade, complete all as specified shown on drawings and as directed. |
| 5 | Removing old unserviceable GI check nut and S&F new GI check nuts of 32 mm dia 6mm thick ISI marked complete all as specified shown on drawings and as specified shown on drawings and as directed. |
| 6 | S&F new 04 Nos flat iron size 25X6mm, 220 mm long to be fixed by welded in each corner of charpoy with long rail & short rail duly one hole in each iron flat duly black painted over a coat of red oxide steel primer for fixing by 6 mm dia 1 ½” long bolt of flat head with nut complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | S&F new 02 Nos flat Iron size 32X6 mm, 850 mm long to be fixed by welded in long rail in equal distance of charpoy duly two Nos holes in each iron flate duly black painted over a coat of red oxide steel primer for fixing of ply by 6mm dia 1 1/2\" long bolt of flat head with nut as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Removing of damaged/unserviceable nylon newar/ply woodfrom GI charpoyandS&F new ply wood 12mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded (exterior grade) BWR on top of charpoy GI pipe size 1980x900mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | BED PLY WOOD TOP( FD 246) ;- Dismantling of old U/S Existing ply wood top from Bed Ply Wood Top and S & F of new top 12 mm thick ply wood commercial face BWR Grade of same shape and size rest all as per Drg and as Directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Dismantling of old U/S teak face ply wood 4 mm thick from Head Board and S & F new4 mm thick one side teak face on both side of Head Board with 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the head board after repairing the complete head board. Rest all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | All as per item No 2.01 above But Foot board. |
| 12 | Removing of old U/S Leg of Bed Ply Wood top and S & F of new Leg made of seasoned sheesham wood to the same shape and size and as specified in drg andas directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Removing of old U/S long Rail of Bed Ply Wood top and S & F of new long rail made of well seasoned sheesham wood of samesize and shapeas per drg and asdirected by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 14 | M&L for preparation ofbed ply wood top old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs andas directed. |
