Transport for delegates Number: 05 Nos of Desire/Innova/Ertiga/Etios Vehicle Duration: 11 days (27 Dec 2024-06 Jan 2025), Period: 12-14 Hrs. and 300 km per day. One time pick and drop from each vehicle during entire event from Rajkot airport/railway station/bus station to Pransla event/stay location LED Screen 02 Nos of 53 Display size LED screen with stand & 1 screen of 9 feet x 9 feet with stand, operating technician and sound system. 3. Carpeting Carpeting of the 40 x 30 feet exhibit area with fresh carpet. 4. Services for loading and unloading of exhibits 03 Labours for 11 days (27 Dec 2024-06 Jan 2025) Arrangements for exhibits loading and unloading during (27 Dec 2024-06 Jan 2025) 5.
