Above Mentioned Condemned Structure Are Offered Excluding Brick Works And Wooden Works. Condition-1] Dismantling And Cutting Work Of Sold Structure Is To Be Done By The Purchaser On His Own Arrangement By Providing Tools, Safety Gears, Machinery And Labour Required For The Purpose, 2] Purchaser Should Ensure To Keep A Safety Banner Around The Work Spot, 3] Any Loss / Damage That May Arise During Dismantling Work Due To Accident Etc , Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances, 4] Dismantling Of The Sold Lot Is Allowed Only Up To The Ground Level Of The Condemned Structures, 5] Dismantling Of The Condemned Structures [Sold Lot] Will Take Place In Presence Of Engg. Officials. 6] Purchaser Shall Ensure That Dismantling Work Does Not Affect Or Endanger Safety Of Life And Property In Near Vicinity, 7] No Explosives Can Be Used For Demolishing, 9]If Any Loose Ferrous , Non-Ferrous Or Machine Found Inside The Structure During Delivery , The Same Is Required To Be Handed Over To The Respective Custodian, 8] Materials Will Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis , 9] Delivery Will Be Done On Actual Weighment Basis On Rly.
