For preparing of multicolour Sketch / illustrative Design. The Design will be made in the stipulated size of the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India including charges. For carrying out corrections / modifications / changes etc. in the Sketch Design as per the directive of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Defence.

For making 3 Dimensional Model of the selected Design. The 3 – Dimensional Model will be made as per the stipulated size of the Ministry of Defence including charges for carrying out corrections / modifications / changes etc. in the 3 Dimensional Model as per the directive of the Expert committee of the Ministry of Defence.

For Fabrication of the Tableau as per the approved 3-D Model

Making arrangement of composing, recording of the approved music in digital mode in a hi-tech studio and playing suitable music as per the theme of the Tableau

Expenses towards travelling for attending meetings boarding and food, local conveyance and all other tit bit miscellaneous expenses incurred for the purpose.
