Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ultrasonic heating & cooling flow meter of dia 65 mm complete with Digital display microprocessor technology and ultrasonic measuring techniques, data logger, flanges, gasket, thermo well, fittings, sensors, control wiring and necessary hardware complete in all respects.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Butterfly valves dia 65 mm, flanges, gasket, nut & bolts, fittings, pipe etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of insulation of the newly laid meter and valves etc. complete as required with Nitrile 19mm thick in double layer pasted on the pipe with suitable adhesive and cladded with Al sheet of 26Gauge with necessary hardware.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning DDC Controller Panel: The controllers shall be 32 bit microprocessor based standalone with real time clock. The DDC\"s shall be capable of peer to peer communication with other DDCs and lockable MS mounting cabinets duly powder coated connector strip, internal wiring and space to house controller & relays, connector strip current transformer, MCB, internal wiring. Use of AI to DI multiplexer is also not acceptable. DDCs shall be compact factories fitted with IO Points with 6 Nos. Immersion Temp Sensor for CHW line with brass thermo well. Measuring range: 30-110⁰C, Accuracy: ±1.3 ⁰C.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of control cum transmission wiring of 2 core X 1.5 sq. mm² copper wire, armoured ATC conductor cable for Powering DDC, actuators etc. in suitable PVC conduits.
