| 1 | Dis-connecting the ACB ( Air Circuit Breaker) panel capacity ranging from 600 to 2000 Amp of Make : CG/ABB /L&T /Simens /Schnider, Over hauling of complete bearker panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified, Parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assembiesand all other spare parts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Reassembled Breaker after repair/ replacement of the faulty parts, testing and calibration of ACB realy settings complete. 1. This item is considereded for repair and maintanace of LT infrastucture of Bikaner Mil station and different ASCON nodes located at 200 KMs away from Bikaner City. No extra cost for fault finding at ASCON nodes will be given to contractor.2. LT fault / reapir and maintanace intimated to the contractor or his rep at any time day or night, through complaint slip or telephonically must be rectified by the contractor within 8 Hrs. If contractor fails to rectify the fault with in 8 Hrs a panelty of Rs 500 per day per complaint will be deducted till the fault/complaint is rectified.3. All Material required for the repair and matainance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 3 Hr.4. Item fixing only will be issued from MES store (AGE E/M yard) based on complaints on daily basis and cost of transportation from mes store to site will be responsibility of the contractor. |
