    Bids Are Invited For ELECTRICAL,ACCESSORIES ITEM NAME : WELDING RECEPTACLE BOX TYPE : SWITCH+SOCKET+PLUG RATING : 63A INDUSTRICAL GRADE WELDING RECEPTACLE (Fully Interlocked Switch and Socket outlet): Suitable for 440V, 3phase+N+E, 63Amps, with the following specification1) Receptacles boxes shall be fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet hot dip galvanized or of not less than 2.5 mm thick die-cast aluminum alloy or fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with electrostatic powder coating. 2) Plug and Socket shall be shrouded Die-cast Aluminum. Socket shall be provided with lid safety cover BY A SPRING LOADED LATCH. TO INSERT THE PLUG LATCH HAS TO BE PRESSED TO OPEN THE LID. Robust mechanical interlock shall be provided such that the switch can be put ON only when the plug is fully engaged, and plug can be withdrawn only when the switch is in OFF position. Also cover can be opened only when the switch is in OFF position, The Terminal blocks shall be of 1100 V grade made up of unbreakable polyamide 6.6 grade. 3) Supply isolation with TPN heavy duty double break Rotary Switch rated for 440V, 63Amps, AC23 category mounted on front door cover of the enclosure. 4) Electrical Protection: Four Pole RCBO Rating 63A,30 mA sensitivity incorporated in the circuit having facility for manual testing/checking of operation. THE RCBO SHALL BE PLACED INSIDE THE MAIN COVER AND SHALL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE FROM OUTSIDE. 63A, 4 pole RCBO specifications : A)Conforms to IEC 60755 B)Rated Current 63A C)Sensitivity - 30mA D)Rate Voltage- 415V E)Rated Insulation voltage - 660V Total Quantity : 45
