Any special attachment, if required, to be mentioned during tender / work order. 4.,,Equipment manufacturing year must be 2018 or later (Equipment of manufacturing year before 2018 will not be allowed) and it should be in good working condition. Any decision regarding acceptance of equipment of YOM earlier than 2018 will be taken by AMNS only in exceptional cases and rights for accepting such equipment’s will be only with AMNS. (Equipment age shall be less than 7 years, however Equipment completing 7 years during service delivery period shall be allowed up to service delivery period) 5.,,All new operator / driver will be deployed only after prior approval from AMNS site in-charge as per CHSE competency matrix. The vendor shall also deploy competent maintenance personnel to maintain equipment in healthy condition. 6.,,No Operation or maintenance personnel shall work beyond 12 hours for a given day and must be provided weekly off. In no case any person shall work more than 9 days in continuation. 7.,,All equipment / vehicle final check will be done by AMNS CHSE, and all required PPEs shall be in vendor’s scope. 8.,,For single shift operation<(>,<)> availability of machine & operator per shift<(>,<)> without any breakdown, certification will be considered 10 hours, as 2 hours to be considered for operators’ break and equipment maintenance. Similarly for double shift, certification will be considered 20 hours, as 4 hours to be considered for operators’ break and equipment maintenance. 9.,,The Contractor shall not move the equipment from designated work area to another area without prior approval from the AMNS site in-charge. Equipment must be parked safely only in assigned parking area. All Equipment must have reflective stickers on all around the equipment for nighttime visibility. 10.,,All equipment must comply with all applicable State and Central Govt. rules including but not limited to RTO rules & regulations. 11.,,Contractor shall deploy alternate equipment for any breakdown above 48 hours duration. 12.,,Daily logbook and equipment checklist as per format provided by the AMNS site in-charge, must be filled by operators and to be maintained by vendor throughout delivery period. Routine maintenance may be carried out at worksite with approval from the AMNS site in-charge. 17.,,The Contractor must restrict number of support vehicles (i.e., maintenance van, diesel bowsers, utility vehicles, etc.) based on fleet size. Any disruption in GPS service on account of non-payment of dues to GPS service provider may be penalized by AM/NS India as per AMNS Consequence management policy. 7.,,Prices shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. 8.,,All offers to be submitted as per quotation format only. 9.,,If equipment replacement during breakdown is delayed, penalty shall be made for non-availability of equipment. 10.,,For small utility vehicle like bolero, isuzu, tata xenon, tavera, xuv300 - user can use 3000 km per month for single shift working with a tolerance of additional 10%. If any extra kms are executed over and above aforementioned requirements, its reconciliation shall be on annual basis at actuals but not more than 5000 Kms annually. 11.,,For small utility vehicle like bolero, isuzu, tata xenon, tavera, xuv300 - user can use 6000 km per month for double shift working with a tolerance of additional 10%. Road safety rules must be followed for safe movement inside plant premises. 3.,,Contract Owners must attend Contract Owner’s Meeting without fail as and when advised by AM/NS India. 4.,,Contracted Equipment should have all standard OEM safety devices and must adhere to AM/NS India Safety Device Matrix, provided along with this tender / work order.
