Assembly, Erection, bolting, Linking, Welding etc. of Pathway, Trolley refuges, Hand Railing and Inspection Lader and all other ancillary works, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, rehandling etc. temporary arrangements, scaffolding complete in all respect for 30X305m spanRate includes loading, unloading, assembling, fixing & shifting from one span to another span etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of BBJ.Note:a) Welding Consumables, Welding Machine with rectifier, Drill Bit, Drill Machine, DG Set with fuel & Lubricant, oxygen, LPG etc. will be Provided by BBJ. b) Torque wrench, HSFG bolt with nuts, washers will be supplied by BBJ.c) Only material list weight of components will be Considered for payment.

Painting of steel work of Pathway, Trolley refuges, Hand Railing and Inspection Lader with final coat (finishing coat) of aluminium paint (IS:2339) including patch work wherever required after cleaning the same with scrappers and/ or wire brushes to remove all rust loose or perished paint to prepare perfectly clean & dry surface free from all dirt/ foreign material, wherever required.Rate include cost of labour, consumables for painting, including supply of brushes, Aluminium Paint (IS:2339), misc. tools and plants, ladders, scaffoldings, staging etc. wherever required.The rate also includes patch work, through cleaning of bolt/rivet heads at joints & elsewhere in the components and painting the same with one coat of ready mixed zinc chrome primer conforming to IS:104.(Zinc chrome supply to be supplied by BBJ free of cost at site.IS:2339 (Aluminium paint will have to supplied by agency.Work to be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of BBJ.(As per WRUSSSOR-2021 Item no. 41265)
