Supply of potable drinking water from approved shallow/ borewell sources available in Bangalore (within 25 KM radius out side defence area), duly tested its potabilty from authority concerned for supplyingin bowser and deliver the water to Semi/ underground sump, including transportation and supplying potable drinking water from source to the under mentioned locations all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-(a) FMCC Pump house (b) 56 Coy ASC Supply Depot pump house (c) ZRO (d) MES IB (e) K & K Sub Area (f) Signal unit line (g) Marshal Barracks (h) Service selection centre pump house (j) RSI pump house (k) Golden Palm Canteen (l) Army Public School pump house (m) HBK Pump house (n) SOC (o) GTE Pump house (p) 515 ABW pump house (q) EDP Pump house (r) DAD/DCA Pump house (s) SFA Area (t) RMS pump house (u) Cut line pump house (v) CC Wingpump house (w) 559 CMP pump house (x) Group \"C\" RMS pump houseNote:- Additional analysis and testing of water shall be carried out by the contractor by collecting samples from various areas/ locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and same will be measured and paid saperately under item No.3 here-in-after.

Filling only potable drinking water from any water points from one location and unloading/ filling to semi/underground sump or to provide water to location informed by JE / Engr-in-Charge situated on other places within defence areas including transportation not exceeding 6 KM distance from filling point to delivery point, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note for item 1 and 2:- (a) Water supply shall commence within a short notice of 03 Hrs and shall be completed within 12 Hrs of placing order. (b) If water is not supplied within 12 Hrs, penalty shall be levied at double the cost of supply order.(c) Contractor shall responsible for quality of water to be supplied by him under this contract, if the consumer have any health issues or medical problems, contractor shall be responsible for such related issues and liabilities if any shall be borne by the contractor.(d) If any court case is filed by consumers on this account the same shall be dealt by contractor at his own expenditure. (e) Saparete analysis and testing of water shall be carried out by the contractor by collecting samples from various areas/ locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and same will be measured and paid saparatly under item No.3 here-in-after.

Taking out samples of water supplied by contractor from water point of all area, civil/defence and carryout water analysis test for chemical & biological properties and obtaining test report from any NABL approved Govt of Karnataka State authorised agencies like Bangalore University (Civil Engg Dept), Bangalore or National Test House, Bangalore as directed and original test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.Note : The sample should be collected in sterilized bottles.
