Preparation to black top surface prior to application of tact coat, by sweeping with brooms, brushing with hard wire brushes & then with softer brushes for removing caked earth & other foreign matter etc. And finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air as directed to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen Bituminous primer @5 kg per 10 SQM sprayed uniformly over the dry surface.

M&L premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75 mm or less with binder content 4% by weight of total mix using hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 ton power roller all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exe 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10sq.m putting in premixed Bituminous macadam, well rammed using power roller (including supply or premixedmacadam and tack coat binder) depth of potholes exe 30 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder (paving bitumen penetration)content by weight of total mix, from hot mixed plant laid using automatic mechanical paver mixer, rolled & compacted to required camber & gradient complete as directed.

M&L for painting of edge line, zebra line, speed breaker line, pedestrian on metallic carriage way using thermos plastic paint of approved make and mechanical road marking device including plotting of points, scrubbing, blowing dust with air compressor, pre-marking and also including wastage of paint due to wind, rain, otherwise, complete all as specified & directed by E-I-C.
