Free of cost as per actual consumption.(2) Tower structure will be arrange from 220KV S/S Saharanpur and 220KV S/SMorti. |

| 9 | Tack welding of all the bolt up to the hight of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level wichever is higher with three tacks at 120° angle seperation of the 10mm thickness with 10mm electrode & application of zinc rich Aluminium paint on the afected surface incuding cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & anchor towers. |
| 10 | Dismantling of all 3 phase of existing ACSR Zebra conductor, all hardware fitting and conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator string etc. of existing 220 KV Nehtaur - Amroha line between location no-102 A to 105 B and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums of new conductor, safely transportation of all removed material from site to UPPTCL store. Work also include clearing ROW by destringing, stringing (or other suitable method) of existing LT, HT line crossing under 220 KV Nehtaur - Amroha line and providing back stays where required. All T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 11 | Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of new ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting with all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting armour rods, vibration dampers etc on all three phases of 220 KV S/C line. Transportation of all material from UPPTCL store to site by the cotractor at his own cost. Work also include clearing ROW by destringing, stringing (or other suitable method) of existing LT, HT line crossing under 220 KV Nehtaur - Amrohaline. All T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 12 | Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt and measurement of earth resistance. |
| 13 | Dismentalling of tower, stacking of tower partsafter cutting, opening of bolt with all saftey and precaution along with assocated work. |
| 14 | Carriage dismantling material from site to store at 220 kv Nehtaur (Approx distance 40 KM) and stacking at store. |
| 15 | Shorting, Counting as per BOM and proper loading of tower structure in truck at (220 KV S/S Shranpur, Shranpur and 220KV S/S Morti, Ghaziabad) |
| 16 | Safe carriage of above loaded structure from following sub station to220KV Nehtaur - Amroha line site store (store created by contractor at his own cost) (I) 220 KV Saharanpur (approx dis. 200 KM) |
