1Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
2Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
3Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes(i) Pakur Variety
4Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. b) Where staging is not required.
5Labour charges for boulder pitching on top and slope by placing required boulders (each weighing 20 Kg. and above within lead of 100 metres and all lifts) including filling the interstices with fragments as required, preparing sub-grade by cutting or filling the earth on slope upto 7.5 cm. depth, watering and ramming where necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Over Jhama Khoa / metal filter / Geo-textile filter
6Labour charge for dumping / layingof Laterite/ Stone Boulder / Shingles / Brick Bats, from stack of worksite with all leads and lifts in water or spreading the same on the slope of the bank of River/Sea or the slope of the embankment or in the River/ Sea bed to an uniform thickness as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories and other incidental charges.a} Boulder 20 kg & above where boats are not necessary.
7Supply of stone / laterite boulders atsite including cost of material, loading, unloading , carriage and stacking and including all incidental charges like Royalty,complete. (Royalty certificate in original from concerned authority are to be submitted along with the bill)
8Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy .
9Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical Specification .A.Cement Grout
10Earthworkin re-excavation / silt clearance in drainage channelin allkinds of soil including sludge, slush mixed with all sorts ofindustrial wastesand municipal garbages, polypacks, carcasses, small khatal effluents, night soil etc. by mathor labour as may be necessary and depositing the same in places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , in such a manner, without causing much hindrance to traffic and posing health hazard and making arrangement to maintain the site in workable condition and rough dressing when dry including making arrangement of bailing out of any seepage water and removal of sand or soil blown from underneath, removal of khatal, temporary latrines, clearing and removing all kinds of semi compact masses formed by water hyacinth, jungles up to 30 cm girth, andburningthem toashes or removing outsideGovernment landin conformity with the Municipal rules, including shoring shuttering as required, nicking out lines etc. (a) By manual means within an initial lead of 30 M and an initial lift of 1.50 M
11Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](ii) With 1:4 cement mortar(a) 20 mm thick plaster
12Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
13Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.(I) By Manual Meansb) Cement Concrete
14Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured(matt finish) or smooth finishacrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer\"s specification and as per direction of the EIC.In Ground floor (one Coat)a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion
15Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer\"s specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost ofprimer.In Ground floor (Two Coat)a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion
16Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / pre post work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking. A) Beyond 500 metre and upto 1.00 km
17Turfing with chorkata or durba grass sods 5 cm. to 8 cm. thick in slope, crest berm etc. of embankments, canals and drainage channels etc. within a lead of 150 metre and all lifts including fine dressing, watering, ramming, guarding etc. complete. (sods will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Payment to be made on the grown grass only).
18Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.c) 37.5mm thick
19Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
20Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mm average thickness.)
21Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer\"s specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).
22Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
23R.C. Guard post Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect.With Pakur variety stone chips
24Painting (one coat) guard posts with 6nos. of 16cm wide horizontal alternate band in different colours after the scrapping the surface free from old paint etc. as directed with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand after fixing old existing guard post in correct position true to line and level with repacking the ground at base properly and mending good damages if ecessary complete in all respect.
25Masonry work with rough dressed Stones of size as directed with cement mortar, true to line, level and shape, including dressing and shaping boulders to size as required, curing complete including cost and carriage of all materials complete. (b) With cement-sand mortar 1 : 4(i) In Road & Jhora Work
