Kota Tehsil Ladpura District Kota (NIT No. 40/2024-2025) Estimated Cost 16.00 Lacs Sl. No. Item Description 1 Maintenance of tubewells which includes complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump set including cost of Material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer in charge for tubewell per month 2 8.0 HP to 10.0 HP (29 TW * 11 Month = 319) 3 Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & materialwhich includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections,Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. For entirejobcontractorwillusetheir own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department. 4 Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed. 1 km to 50 km -one fitter-II & one beldar (45 km* 11 Month =495 KM) 5 Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil 6 80 mm 7 100 mm 8 125 mm 9 Cleaning of Over HeadService Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir,scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.OHSR Capacity 101 to 200 KL 10 Cleaning of Ground Water Reservoir ( GLR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir,scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.GLR Capacity 31 to 50 KL 11 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete (M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
