Bids Are Invited For Requirement Of Customised Product --1. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) should be empaneled in at least 4 Public Sector Banks for last 3 years, proof regarding this should be submitted. 2. OEM brand should have established in India at least for 20 years. This must be supported by necessary statutory documents like TM/ brand registration certificate etc. 3. Manufacturer of Physical Security Equipment as listed shall have at least 15 years of experience in design and manufacturing of TRTL Safes. (Supporting documents must be submitted.) 4. Manufacturer or their Authorized dealer/distributors shall be able to arrange site visit if desired by the engineer, where they have successfully executed such projects or currently are in the process of executing such projects. 5. The Bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Authorized Dealer of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and should have the experience of supplying TRTL safes for more than 15 years. That is the Bidder should provide BIS Certificate since year 2004 to till date. 6. The bidder/OEM should be Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Locks used in the aforementioned Safe i.e. Safe and Lock should be manufactured by same OEM i.e. Locks BIS license should be in the name of OEM. 7. (OEM/bidder must give a written undertaking on its letterhead and must also give an NOC to the bank for plant visit if needed). 8. The Bidder should not have been blacklisted/debarred by any PSU or other banking organization during last 10 years. Bidder to give an undertaking for the same. 9. Vendor Should not be Blacklisted/ Debarred/Suspended or Absence of material supply by any PSU Bank or Government organization in last 10 years. Bidder to give an undertaking for the same. 10. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) should have an average turnover of Rs 200 Cr per year (minimum) for last three FYs (i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 C 2022-23). 11. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) should have a dealer/distributor network and Service Centre in Pune region. Bidder to give a certificate to this effect and provide the details of service centers. 12. The Bidder/OEM must have a working Toll Free and WhatsApp numbers in addition to email id for recording of complaints and service request. 13. A metal plate showing classification of the product as per BIS, together with manufacturers name and the year of manufacture must be fixed on the product for which certification is required as per the technical specification. 14. Any wrong information about specifications given in the Bid documents and supplied item would mean blacklisting for 10 years. 15. A copy of the document on the basis of which the approval or revalidation is obtained for BIS certification, must be attached with the bid documents. 16. Each product should packed in accordance with the best trade practice, with its door bolted, but not locked. The keys shall be dispatched separately or delivered in some other manner as specific in the purchase order by the bank. The bidder must give an undertaking for the same. 17. Bank has the right to measure the weight of the safe before delivery or after delivery, at any point of time and if it is found less than above mentioned weight then bank will cancel the order and bidder must bear the full cost of delivery and pickup of safe. 18. Bidder should have valid BIS license for past 10 years. Total Quantity : 1
