2Supplying of Hexagonal GI poleof 4 mm thickness singlesection min 340mm base dia,150mm tod dia,for9 Mtr Lengthwith 14 mm baseplate in C.C. foundation as to G.S.
3M25 Base foundation with soil bearing capacity 10T/sqm. At 2 mtr.depth.
4Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast pole including material ,labour,shuttering.
5Supplying of 250wp Mono Crystalline module,with IEC 61215,IEC 6173-1,2 compliance with any ISI,MNRE approved.
6Supplying of 40w LED with minimum colour temperature (CCT) 5500-6500K Minimum typical Luminious flox 150Lm/W 1.e, minimum 3600Lm (philips/Osram).
7Supplying of 12.8v,60Ah LITHIUM FERRO PHOSPHATE (Life pO4) Batteries.The batteres should have battery Management system (BMS) with higher life expectancy ,longer cycle life,low discharge rate and fast charging facillties. Battery should provide 24Hrs battery backup with dimming.
8Supplying of Chage controller with MPPT and efficiency >92% and it should have over charge protection ,deep discharge protection ,Battery reverse polarity protection,Load short circuit protection,Open circuit protection,panel reverse polarity protection ,Over temperature protection.
9Supplying of Automatic dusk to dawn controlling system to monitor LED operation.
10Erection & Commissioning with Hydra
11Earthing with 50mm. dia G.I Pipe 3.64 mm. thick x 3.04Mtr long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr. Long) 13mm. dia x 80mm (long G.I. bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm. dia G.I. Pipe protection (1Mtr long) to be fitted withbitumen partly under the ground level & party above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65Mtr. Below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed & as below. (a) For Soft Soil, By ISI Midium G.I. pipe.
12Supplying,Fitting & Fixing of 15mm to 18mm Thick Marbel Name Plate
13Add 18% GST
14Add 1.00% Labour welfare cess
